Flats With OC
Vaastu structures offers flats with OC ( flats with Occupancy certificate ). A buyer can shift into his/her new flats or apartment only when OC is received. This occupancy certificate is issued collected by the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) and it is required to all residential complex holders, having more than five units.. It is illegal if you shift to flat / house without obtaining the occupancy certificate from concerned officials departments.
The occupancy certificate is provided the Palike gets information by the owner or buyer indicating that the construction of building is completed. The builder required to fill in occupancy certificate application form for the issue of the required certificate. The builder required to submit a listed documents the form “Documents required occupancy certificate Bangalore”. After which BBMP authorities will inspect or go through all given documents and confirm whether its completed according to the approved plan and processes to issue the OC. In case of the deviations only max five percent from the plan, then above that penalty will be charged based on the Extending land deviation.. After Fee is paid, the occupancy certificate will be granted or issued.
